Check-in is available from 15:00 to 23:00<\/b> and it's mandatory to contact us<\/a> 48h before<\/b>.
\nSelf check-out is available and it needs to be done before 10.00<\/b>.
\nFor late check-out requests, availability has to be checked with the hotel and there is a charge for this service.<\/p>\n \t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Flexible booking must be guaranteed by a valid credit card number. The credit card holder must be one of the arriving guests, otherwise an authorisation form must be obtained from the reservations department and returned completed, duly signed and accompanied by a photocopy of both sides of the card.<\/p>\n \t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

\r\n \t

The booking department can make a pre-authorisation (of the amount of the first night). This process consists of temporarily blocking the amount to verify the validity of the credit card. The amount will then be released within the period specified by the card's bank. For more information on the rules of pre-authorisation, we recommend contacting your card-issuing bank.<\/p>\n \t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Cancellations must be made directly at the property LESS THAN 48 HOURS<\/b> before the expected time of arrival (expected time of arrival is understood to be 15:00 (3 PM)<\/b> local time (Ragusa) on the day of arrival). <\/p>\n

If the guest does not cancel the reservation before the deadline for free cancellation or in case of no-show
\n(the guest does not cancel the reservation and does not arrive by 11.00 PM (11 PM) at the facility without informing the facility (of the late arrival),
